At 500 feet the familiar landscape revealsan exceptional quilt of shapes and colours. Expanses of golden wheat stubble radiate rhythmically from dry creek beds, and workin contrast to the rich black soil to createsimple abstract images.

It truly is a ?beautiful view?, hence the title ?Kanangra? - a direct translation from the aboriginal word for beautiful view.
