Limbu family at their daily attaire
Description: Limbu community were part of Limbuwan spans in Nepal. The Limbu religion had been widely influenced by Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism. This religion is known as “Yuma Samyo†or ‘Yumaism’. Their supreme deity is Tagera Ningwaphuma, although in the western part of Sikkim people generally worship nature.
