TIME CAPSULE?

This and the othe rimages of Nicosia evoke a feeling of emptiness and I imagine how lonely these buildings must have been without their former inhabitants.
What werevonce homes, cafes, shops, hairdressers, shoemakers, are now monuments to deprivation and exclusion.
I doubt the people evicted 34 years ago will ever again be able to return, if they are still alive.
wonderful images though; compulsive viewing for anyone who remembers the invasion.
